Patricia Ragan, LMSW
Recognizing that we are not perfect and accepting that it is ok is essential in making steps toward reducing the pressure and anxiety of everyday life. Deciding to address the issues that affect us through therapy, where appropriate, can be humbling at first, but can be key to leading a happier, less stressful, and more productive life. I have 10 years of experience in adolescent, adult, and family behavioral health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, community mental health settings, and in child welfare. I utilize Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Focused Therapy. My goal is to empower clients to discover their self-worth, utilize coping techniques, reduce anxiety and other problematic behaviors to help them maximize their full potential.
