Asking for help can be one of the hardest things to do—no matter what age you are. Therapy is a sign of courage and awareness that you believe you can create a positive change in your life. My background has allowed me to work in a variety of settings with various populations to include working with children, adolescents and adults in individual counseling and group counseling. My style is empathic and compassionate. My approach to therapy draws from a variety of treatment models to include: solution-focused therapy, strength’s based therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Life can be hard. Listening to you, your needs and collaborating with you to achieve your therapy goals is top priority. It is my goal to provide a safe place for you to be yourself and open up.
