Victoria Hardy, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Victoria Hardy, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 27 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. A proud Dallas native and U.S. Army Veteran, Victoria is deeply committed to serving her community by helping individuals achieve lasting emotional wellness through comprehensive, patient-centered psychiatric care. 

Victoria's educational journey began with a scholarship to Howard University in Washington, D.C. She earned her Registered Nurse (RN) degree from the University of the District of Columbia in 1995, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. She later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree. 

Throughout her distinguished career, Victoria has practiced across the full continuum of behavioral healthcare, including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment facilities, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and outpatient settings. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges.

Her professional experience includes renowned healthcare organizations such as Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Children's National Hospital in Washington, D.C., Children's Health in Dallas, UT Southwestern Medical Center, Texas Health Resources, Texas Health Resources Addiction & Recovery Center, Mesa Springs, and several additional psychiatric and behavioral health facilities. In addition to providing exceptional patient care, Victoria has trained and mentored psychiatric nurses and clinical staff throughout her career. 

Victoria specializes in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and patient education. She believes in treating the whole person by combining evidence-based psychiatric care with collaboration, education, and individualized treatment planning. Her approach empowers clients to understand their diagnoses, actively participate in treatment decisions, and build the skills needed for long-term mental wellness.

As a military veteran, educator, mentor, and community volunteer, Victoria continues to advocate for high-quality mental health care and serves as a trusted resource for individuals and families seeking hope, healing, and resilience.
