Lauren Richardson, LMSW

I am committed to walking alongside individuals on their healing journeys. With over three years of experience as a licensed social worker, I've had the privilege of supporting clients as they navigate challenges, process pain, and reconnect with their inner strength. It is important to me to help you reclaim peace, balance, and a sense of self.

As a proud University of Texas at Arlington alumna, my education laid the foundation, but it's been the personal stories and lived experiences of those I've worked with that truly shaped my practice. I specialize in helping teens and adults navigate the challenges of anxiety and depression using a compassionate, evidence-based approach. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness practices, I work collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build practical tools for lasting emotional well-being.

My style is warm, direct, and supportive. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, stuck in a cycle of low mood, or just unsure of your next steps, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore your experiences and create meaningful change.

I believe in meeting clients where they are and empowering them to move forward with confidence and clarity. Together, we'll focus on what matters most to you and build a path toward greater resilience, self-understanding, and peace of mind.
