Founder & CEO | Gottman Trained Couples Therapist | EMDR Trained Trauma Therapist | U.S. Army Veteran

Welcome, Queen! Welcome, King!

You've just taken a brave first step-and that matters. Whether you're here to heal from past wounds, strengthen your relationship, or rediscover who you are, I'm honored to walk with you on this journey. My mission is simple: to empower, encourage, and equip you to live victoriously and unapologetically.

Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of strength. My role is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can heal, reflect, and rebuild the parts of your life or relationships that no longer feel aligned.

As a Gottman Trained Couples Therapist, I help partners deepen their connection, improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate conflict in healthy ways. I offer structured, research-backed interventions to support couples at any stage.

Through EMDR therapy, I work with individuals healing from trauma, loss, anxiety, or deeply rooted emotional pain. EMDR offers a path toward relief and renewed internal balance.

As a proud U.S. Army Veteran, I understand the unique struggles faced by Veterans and their families. I've been there, and I'm here to support you through transition, identity shifts, and the often-unspoken battles that come with service.

My approach is eclectic but rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and tailored to your unique story. You won't get a one-size-fits-all experience here. You'll get intentional, compassionate care-with some straight talk when needed-and a therapist who truly sees you.

Let's do this work-together. I'll meet you where you are, create a space of safety and growth, and help you become the version of you that you've been fighting to reach.
