I am passionate, motivated, an international counselor, and interested in happy others. I am ex-military, an ex-dual military, and a dependent wife with children. Therefore, I understand how life changes fast and the military helped me to be very diverse. I have experience with helping with military issues, depression, parenting issues, marriage counseling, individual sessions, anxiety, grief, trauma, PTSD, bipolar, borderline personality, and other mental health disorders. Available for virtual and in person sessions.
I work with a wide range of concerns from: Anxiety, Depression, ADD, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, parenting issues, work issues, school issues, military trauma, trauma, domestic issues and more. I assist with “Ways to Get Over Different Types Of Emotional Traumas” hence my self-help book on Barnes and Nobles and Amazon. I am an eclectic counselor that just wants to promote positive social changes- one person at a time. I am a very “person-centered” being, I like for client’s to be interactive in their treatment.
My 8 years of experience include being a Peer Support, Life Coach, advocate, and counseling. Coming to counseling is a choice. I hope to see you putting yourself first and getting the help you need with a caring, supportive, and motivation counselor like myself. I will provide you a safe and comfortable place to grow and learn about self care.
** Other areas of expertise: anger management, behavioral issues, coping skills, stress, depression, emotional disturbance, women issues, male issues, drug issues, concurrent disorders, relationship issues, oppositional defiance, mood disorders, criminal addicted behaviors.
I have worked with a variety of behaviors and have experiences I pull from. Since I am ex military it makes me more well rounded and diverse. I do not have to have the exact issues to have an understanding and ability to be able to help you. I hope to see and work with you soon.
